| How do I start? |

Its easy, go to the designs page and select a design, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once your information has been submitted we will contact you with an Email address for you to contact us with. From then you will receive a link with your site for pre approval before payment is due

How do we update our site? |
|
Once you've signed up for a website, you'll be given an e-mail address to send all your updates.
|

Do our photographs have to be digital? |
|
You must submit your photographs to us in jpg format via E-Mail, Upload through your website or on CD ROM. If you have the negatives of your photos, you may have them transferred to CD ROM at many large photographic outlets. Unfortunately, we can not accept prints as these may get damaged or lost. Please also check with your photographer for copyright.

What size photo's do you require? |

The smallest size we would use is 640x480, thumbnails will not be accepted |

What will the website address be? |
|
We will try our very best to have both your names and wedding date in your address, www.brideandgroomdate.co.uk, e.g. www.sarahandmark250806.co.uk or if you have anything else in mind, just ask. |

How much will the Website cost? |

The cost of the website will depend upon the site package you choose. Please see the Packages page. Payment will be due when you are happy with your website. |

What are the payment options? |

NOCHEX or PAYPAL secure online payment using your credit or debit card.

When should i start thinking of a wedding website? |
|
You should think about your website at least six months before your wedding, You should aim to have the website complete before you send your invitations out, so you can put the website address on them. |

How long will the website be online? |
|
Your website will initially be hosted for 24 months. If you require longer please contact us. |

How will we contact each other? |
|
Initially, you may contact us via the contact page. Once you've signed up we can keep in contact via an e-mail address you will be assigned. |

How long will the website take? |
|
As long as there are no unforeseen setbacks, we will aim to have the website ready for your approval within 4 weeks. |
